Problem connecting to VRM

I am having a problem connecting to the VRM. I am trying to connect my Cerbo GX. I enter the VRM Portal ID and provide an installation name. I then get an error "Error. The installation with the specified VRM Portal ID or IMEI could not be found. For more information see: Datalogging to VRM".

Any ideas what's going on and how to fix it?

suspect that the Cerbo is NOT connected to the internet or the vrm toggle is not turned on
