Victron Phoenix inverter not visable on VictronConnect

Hi everybody,

I would like to monitor my Victron Phoenix 12/375 inverter on my Iphone with the VictronConnect app. I have installed the VE.DIRECT Bluetooth Smart dongle and connected the cable with the converter. The Smart Dongle is visable, latest firmware downloaded, enterred the pin, but no Phoenix device visable. The blue LED on the Dongle is blinking. Tried this many times, deleted bluetooth connections from my Iphone, re-installed, but no results. My charger Victron SmartSolar MPPT 75/15 works fine and is visable on VictronConnect.

Hello I have the same problem with a Phoenix 24/3000 inverter!! Any solution??
