Ve-direct Mppt throttling.

Good day team.


I was wondering. On 2 or 3 of my sites my Mppt keep throttling. All sites are running ESS with freedom won 48V lithiums. Even though the soc is on like 80% the Mppt closes the panel and deliver 22W instead of what it should. Grid is then supplying the load and nothing to battery.


There whould be stage where PV opens up but only to supply load. Not charge the battery.


Spoken to Freedom Won but they are not sure what the issue is. Any ideas?

We do need more information, ve.config settings, system setup settings and ESS settings

Do you have an VenusOS component in the system with 'DVCC' on and 'limit charge etc?
