Inverter Phoenix VE.Direct 1200VA ECO mode

HI,

I bought a Phoenix VE.Direct 1200VA inverter because of its low power consumption in ECO mode.

The manuals reports that "The default ECO mode wake-up minimum power is 15 Watt"

I tried connecting a 50W incandescent lamp and it doesn't turn on.

Is it possible that the inverter has defect or for some reason had been factory programmed with a higher load detect level?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

I know of 3 different model Phoenix 1200w inverters.

It's the 24V version

With Victron Connect you can change some of the ECO mode working parameters. Download Victron Connect and check what is configurable via DEMO mode.

Unfortunately you need a VE direct bluetooth dongle, or an usb>VE direct cable. Not all loads work well with ECO mode.

Make sure that the jumper is in the REMOTE port.
