Widget EV charger summary - Problem on VRM portal

When activating the "EV charger summary" widget in the VRM portal, an error appears indicating: "access denied for this command".

The widget does not display any information, as shown in the following image:

Today the widget is working.

I don't really know what happened. I understand that Victron will have made some kind of update.
