I have multiplus 2 with battery and et112 on the grid. Currently th battery are used to power the charge on the AC-IN and AC-OUT .is it possible to use the battery power only for the AC-OUT ?

Not directly, because the AC-In and AC-Out are connected together by the anti-islanding relays when the grid is detected.
But if I understand your question correctly...
...if you make the Grid Setpoint = 0 and also put the loads that are connected to AC-In on the grid side of the ET112 (or use the internal current transformer instead) they will be "invisible" to the Multi and then it will control the inverter power so as to provide only enough for the loads on the AC-Out.
