Controls, ESS changes not working VRM Portal

My VRM Dashboard on VRM portal is in realtime and the controls for ESS SOC changes are not updating since 13 October 2022. 2 way communication is enabled. On VRM portal the SOC slider control moves but does not change percentage. Battery charging also does not work.The only way I can change SOC is with remote console.

Please assist me.
