Is a Skylla charger a plug-and-play replacement for a Centaur?

I recently upgraded from AGM to LifePo4 batteries and need to upgrade my chargers.

you can use a Skylla charger for lithium batteries, provided it is controlled by the BMS. As the Skylla is a relatively dumb charger, it can be controlled with the remote on/off, and also, if you have a 2nd charge control relay, you can use the external current control to reduce the output to that required for balancing (0.5 - 1 A).

The BMS monitors and controls all incoming voltage. Are you suggesting that the BMS be connected in some way to the Skylla?

@mikedorsett Are you suggesting that the BMS be connected to the Skylla in some way or simply that the BMS monitors the incoming voltage?
