Smart shunt 500A setting disappear

Hi, all

We installed a victron system for a customer. I found the setting options for the smart shunt disappear on the portal. please see photo below, the setting should between History and device as we set it before leaving workshop. Another wired thing is the display showed SOC is 100% ,and portal showed 99.7%. We already set the shunt is the measurement source.

You can not program settings for your Smart Shunt via Remote Console.

You best choice to remotely access info and settings for the Smart Shunt would be via VictronConnect-Remote (VC-R) – Configuration and monitoring via VRM
