Combining CCGX and Cerbo GX

Hi,

anybody knows if it possible to have a Cerbo GX and a CCGX in one installation?

No. The GXs cannot share information between themsleves.

Hi @alfred0905,

It is almost never a good idea, and strongly discouraged. The GX devices have been designed with the assumption there is one per system.

What are the reasons for wanting more than one?

There is certainly another better way.

Ccgx and cerbo are 99% identical, both have venus.os as base.

Idea was to have CCGX in engine room and GX Touch 50 in galley - only bcs I have a CCGX laying around, but in that case I will not use it, thx for the answers!
