Registering on the VRM iphone app

I am trying to register email brenniqu@gmail.com on the VRM applcation to monitor my inverter and MPTT. It says link verification email has been sent but none have been received. I have tried to reset the password, but the email is also not received. Anyone that can please assist to resolve the matter or delete the email address on your servers so I can re register again. Thanks

Just confirming you checked gmail's spam/junk folders and the social/promotional tabs?

My victron mails all use gmail and it should work fine on their platform.

Hi,

Indeed there is a problem, the gmail server is reporting that your mailbox is full and rejecting the VRM emails.
