technical advice mppt 100/50 bluetooth

I have a mppt 100/50 about 15-18 months old has been working perfectly. Went to the van a couple of weeks ago and battery’s where flat so charged battery and the Victron mppt wasn’t charging and not a Able to be seen on Bluetooth. Fully disconnected power to the unit for a period of time then I can find it on Bluetooth and it is charging I checked running newest firmware.the Next day I can’t see it on Bluetooth lights are on and it is charging. Have done this 2 time now and same result any ideas

You will need to follow these directions and create a service report.

You will also need to share details of mppt firmware version etc.
