Remote VEConfigure: "Error while querying configurable services."

Are there any specific requirements for Remote VEConfigure to work via the VRM portal? I was previously able to do this but now I get the error noted above - "Error while querying configurable services." it also mentions "Error: 1392".


For info, I am running a Raspberry Pi running Venus v2.85. Two way communication is enabled and I'm able to access the remote console.

Does the two-way communication use SSH, does it require any particular ports to be available as I do have a persistent outbound SSH session to my VPS server so that I can remote into the device.

Updated to v2.89 and the remote VEConfigure option is working now.
