I have a multiplus compact 12/2000 and while connected to shore power it keeps switching from On to Charge position about every 30 seconds. The batteries are fully charged. Wondering what the problem could be and how to resolve it.

Here it is, a year later and I have a new Compact 12/2000 doing the exact same thing. But, I suspect that this only is happening when the demand on the AC out (pass-through or inverting) is very low (<10W?) I think the inverter then offers priority to battery charging and connects (very briefly) and then disconnects after seeing a full charge on the battery?
It seems that if I keep the AC out 'busy' with at least a couple dozen watts, the relay stops clicking.
