High grid usage in ESS system

I have a multiplus II 5KVA inverter that uses way too much grid power under normal use. All latest firmwares, Pylontech batteries. consumption-vs-grid.jpgNo external meter and 8 Pylontech 3000C which should have no problem supplying any changes in current for the inverter.

The inverter also disconnects every few minutes from the grid even though when monitoring it it is a very constant 50Hz and a small variation in voltage around 238V. When the grid reconnects it supplies the loads initially before settling down a bit but any change in the loads tends to pull from the grid rather than the battery

I have tried reloading ESS and settings to inverter, but no change.

Any help here would be appreciated

When the system reintroduces the grid, loads will be supplied from AC and then gradually return to battery. This is normal, coupled with frequent grid rejection it would explain the usage.

You will need to get to the bottom of the poor supply issues.

Perhaps try disabling LOM detection as a test.
