Voltages Charger Blue Smart 12/7

Hi

On my blue smart 12/7 charger; while charging a normal car 12v battery removed from the car, I get these voltages measured with my multimeter across the battery poles. (Bulk) 14.1normal 14.4high 13.9Lion

Is this normal? My multimeter measures a new AA battery at 1.57v.

Charger will give max current until battery voltage rises to absorption, which is probably 14.4V on AGM. Then stays there until it drops to float. Similar for lithium, but slightly lower. Sounds ok from here.
