MPPT Load Output Question

Hello, can somebody explain what the load should be used for on a Victron 100/20 MPPT controller please?


Am I right in thinking that if I wire the fridge to the load output, the fridge will still draw it’s power from the batteries rather than direct from the solar panel?


Am I also right in thinking the MPPT controller will shut the power off to protect the batteries if the battery charge drops too low?

yes you are right. Also check the settings.
