The Bluetooth dongle is blinking red and blue, and in the app it does not show the MPPT 75/15 inverter. Someone please offer a solution!

VE Direct Bluetooth smart dongle manual. Slow blinking means,
"VE.Direct communication problem.
The dongle will only advertise itself and the attached device will not be visible in VictronConnect."

A full power cycle of the mppt may be warranted.
Disconnect solar, then disconnect battery, wait 30 seconds.
Reconnect battery first, then connect solar, cross fingers.
