Unfortunately the data sheet does not specify the operating voltage range for the AgroFet modules.
Can it be used in a 48 V system to protect the charger from reverse currents from the battery?

12/24 Volt auto ranging
The Argofet will automatically adjust to a 12V or 24V system.
This would seem to preclude a 48V system. Try using some high current diodes if reverse isolation is really required.
