Installed MPS 12 3000 yesterday, it will not go into charging mode when I turn on charging only. I can turn the inverter on and that works, draws only from batteries. I checked the AC in bare wires getting 120V. When I hook up to the line in on AC in and read from the block it shows only 12V on the line. Is that normal or should it be reading 120V? I checked the Main in the RV and it reads 120V. I have a VE Bus Smart Dongle that I have not hooked up yet, I need to get a JP45 UTP cable so that I can use that. I did program it for Lithium LifePo4 batteries. The batteries were close to fully charged, I thought that maybe the charger would'nt kick in until they were run down a bit, so I ran my air conditioning for about hour to see if the charger would kick in. It did'nt. Am I missing something here?
