ORION 12/30 temperature

Hello,

I habe 2 Orion 30/12 mounted on a thick aluminium plate. But the 2 Orions get very hot. I read in a forum about an exchange program for getting the newer generation with less heat.

Here are my datas of the 2 Orions.

How will the exchange being handled?

Exchanges are handled by the dealer.

I am in Spain soon, one week then in Germany for exchanging the two Orions. Going through the dealer would be too time critical. (will take too long)
Could I send the 2 Orions to Victron direct for getting the exchange done faster?

Afik dealer only. Check with them if there is an exchange on these and how they handle it. See if they can do it from stock.
