VRM portal and data logging not reachable from Africa

Hi everyone

today I detected a very strange issue.

All victron websites are not reachable from Tanzania since yesterday 11pm

Neither the GX device can connect to VRM, nor is the VRM portal reachable via a regular brower.

DNS resolution is ok: IP 3.127.228.28

Africa can have very different peering for International access. It is not uncommon for a route to be inaccessible, limiting access to different parts of the world. With a lot of traffic going via undersea cables and ISP's not always having full redundancy, this happens.

Your ISP should be communicating their network status and reporting a partial outage.

Are you still in TZ? I live in UG. Do you know of any experienced solar techs familiar with Victron gear? I have been through dozens of techs including those approved by Victron with disastrous consequences.
