Can a Phoenix 24/3000 with FW 171XXXX VE Bus connect to Colour Control

I have an old Phoenix 24/3000 with firmware 171XXXX and a CCGX. When I connect the VE-Bus the Phoenix shuts down, unplug VE Bus and it powers up. When I scan for inverter no device show up.

Any Ideas?

No, that firmware / hardware is too old. Sorry.
That Phoenix is not even communicating with VE.Bus, it is VE.9bit (or something older).
