How can i use VE-MPPT-Calc-4_0.xlsm with libre office or open office?

I would like to use the tool VE-MPPT-Calc-4_0.xlsm.
Unfortunately I do not own Microsoft Excel but work exclusively with Libre Office.
Is there anyone who can create this toll for Libre Office?

Unfortunately, the tool does not work in the cloud onedrive Excel version.
Here the following error appears:

Excel for the web does not support running or interacting with form controls.

Unfortunately Libre does not seem to supprt the macros in the sheets. I also had to change my waystto use it.

There is the online calculator, but it is not quite the same to use.
