Hi everyone,
The multiplus2 shows a battery alarm and does not start despite the BYD LVL batteries being at 53v. The CERBO GX did start once and connected on wifi but seems dead after a restart.
Any idea? Thanks in advance.

Take the Cerbo back to where you purchased it from for a replacement.
Unfortunately because the BYD needs a keep alive signal from the GX your system wont start up at all without it.
