EasySolar-II GX VRM portal

I just bought a new EasySolar-II GX and connect it, I wonder why vrm portal dashboard doesnt find aggregate even it run and checked that voltage is in the GX device connector 230 - 240 V. Everything else pv charger, idle, AC loads seem to be ok.
