Cerbo GX dead from the box

Hallo

We have been installing quite a few cerbo GX devices.

Today we had our 4th occurrence of a cerbo dead from the box in the last few months

The cerbo's are all powered by 48volt dc from lithium battery pack. The cerbo is simply dead and dont boot on 1st connection.

We would then take a new Cerbo form the store, plug it into the same installation and it boots up.

We return these unit and they get replaced by our supplier.

Any other installers having this issue with Cerbo GX?

I am concerned that these devices will stop working on site.
