Cannot update firmware multiplus 12/1600 (Charger stays in Bulk)

I get the following error when updating the firmware. what could be wrong. I am using the MK3 usb. My Multiplus continuously stays in Bulk that's why I want to try the update

I am assuming your unit is not an older one. Use victron connect to do the firmware update.

Battery charging problem has been solved.

I just saw in the VE config that the charging current was at 0 Amps.

As a result, the multiplus remained in bulk and only gave 1.1A on the ve bus monitor.

Could the charging current of the Multi have been set to 0 amps because I was testing with DVCC in the cerbo GX?

Is a slightly older unit.

victron connect I can't use. get the message to update from 209 to 4xx first.

As far as I know the DVCC setting does not write settings to the inverters. So may have been a typo the last time you did settings?

Only input current limit can be overuled by remote if checked.
