Gerbox GX is connected to WIFI and I have registered VRM account.
When I add installation and input portal ID I get a message telling me that an administrator will be sent an email.....nothing received? Therefore I can't see my system in VRM?
Please help.
you will need to contact whoever you purchased this from as they will more than likely be the administrators - they can then accept you and you can then remove them or leave them as users.
There is no other way to reset the administrator as far as I am aware
