Autotransformer 100A max amperage output in midpoint transformer mode

Hi,

I was wondering what's the max breaker I can put on the split phase output of the ATS in midpoint transformer mode. My wiring is as shown in the picture. Input on the right, output on the left. Electrician is saying he can only put a 30A max on both legs giving me only 15A on each leg. Is that the correct way? Thanks.20220803-162611.jpg
