Lorawan not updating

Hi,

I am very new to using lorawan. I bought a victron lorawan device and hooked it up to my victron BMV-700. The light of the lorawan is blinking green. However I am not receiving any data, at least I cannot see any data when I log in: https://vrm.victronenergy.com/installation/199019/dashboard

Can someone help on this one?

Anybody any clue? I'm thinking of just sending it back because I have no idea what to do next
