Log data problem

Hi

We have installed Multiplus 48/5000 with 6kW PV panel and 10 kWh Storage. When we access the VRM portal we found there are two types of data available:

1. Download.CSV

2. Download kWh .CSV


On downloading both the sheets and comparing the data we have found

> the PV Generation going to battery

> and Energy stored in battery going to customer

is having large gap.

This is showing that batteries installed have got poor efficiency, which actually is not the case. Using the same sheet (Sr.No.1-Download.CSV) we have calculated the Round trip efficiency of the battery and it is coming out to be 93%. Can you please tell us the reason why these two sheets are showing different efficiencies?

Hi Sarvesh,

Anytime there is any issue of accuracy with VRM, the first thing to do is to be sure that all the firmware on all the connected devices is the current latest version.

Could you please confirm that you are running the current firmware on all connected equipment?

Hi stewart,

I have been waiting for your revert on the problem for a long time now.

Could you solve the issue?

Also Battery SOC is not coming in the log data, is there any specific reason for that?

We want to record the battery soc also in the data, so that clear under standing can be made about whether my battery charging or discharging.

Expecting a speedy revert on the same.

Hi Steward could you check the problem? Why there is mismatch in the log data?
