I can't connect via bluetooth Victron app, and there is no PUK code anywhere on the unit to reset the PIN. What can I do?

Have you pulled the display unit out and looked on the back of it?

try another phone, of course the bluetooth has to be turned on in your phone. ONLY one phone can connect at a time. so if you other unit is connected then turn its bluetooth off and try yours again
