Hi Everyone,
I intend to install a 3 phase system 3 x Quattro 10kVA inside a standard 20 ft container and will install an Airconditioning unit to cool the system (outside ambient tempreture of 30 °C). But I don't know, which A/C capacity should I install?
Does any body know the expected heat dissipation of a Quattro 10kVA? Thank you!
Don't forget mppt heating and battery heating as well. As well as the container being its own incubator.
It also depends on how much you are loading them continuously.
We did some maths a while ago and if I remember it was 500 to 600W per inverter on a 15kVa at certain loads. The harder the inverter is working though the higher it is. Up to 3kw of heat if i remember correctly.
There is a crazy formula for working it out.
Basically any "losses" in the system or inefficiency can be counted as heat.
