AC-OUT1 on 3 phase system, phase shift after grid fails on ac-in

Hi,

i want to put all loads of a house on the AC-OUT1 of a three phase system of MP2. What is if the grid fails and the synchronisation to the grid cannot happen. Does the AC-OUT1 still suppy 120 degree phase shift, so that i have a full 3 phase back-up power?
