Reset to factory defaults before disconnect all the cables again.
You should report this to your Victron dealer. Please report this to your Victron dealer and ask them to escalate the matter to Victron; as this error should never happen. Preferably include firmware version and any other specifics (VRM URL, VictronConnect screenshots or similar).
If you cannot contact your dealer then use this page.
Otherwise there is not much we can do for you through the forum here.
