I have purchased Multiplus II 230V 5kVA inverter charger to overcome power cut issues of about 3-4 hrs. Need to know the suitable battery for this. Lead acid or LeFePo4. Any good brand is ok.

Will need to know what your load profile is like, how much power you think you will consume in this time frame and whether the load fluctuates over time. Also how long do you have between outages on average. It would be helpful to know the DC voltage of the Multiplus. Lastly, what sort of budget do you have in mind?
in the 48V world Lithium has come down in cost relative to lead acid, it is now cheaper to get a small lithium than a 48V bank of Gels. Performance and life are fundamentally different, it is a no brainer.
With regular power outages, lead acids just don't hold up well, especially if you intend using the capability of that inverter.

Assuming an average load of 2kW for 4 hours, energy used would be 8kWh. you need a battery capacity of about 125% of this energy to achieve 80% depth of discharge limit.
This would give a 10kWh battery pack. As Sarah comments above, you need to estimate your load over the outage period to calculate the size more accurately.
