Connecting a fan to Orion Tr-Smart 24/24-17

I'm planning to add a manual on/off switch to control my Orion-Tr Smart 24/24-17. I'd like to add a fan that draws ~.2 amps to the switch circuit. Can the L & H pins on the charger support this load? If not, is there an alternate means of wiring the switch that will support this load?

Thes are voltage sensors. Not intended for load. You need to find another way.
