Smart Solar MPPT 250/100 is being very close to but just under 250V possible?

Hi, I was hoping someone could tell me whether the 6S4P OR 6S3P configurations will work with the SmartSolar MPPT 250/100.

My panel spec is as below. In both configurations I make it 249.72V/45.88A and 249.72V/34.41A respectively. I know 249.72 is awfully close to the limit, but it is still below it. Yet the Victron MPPT calculator does not include it as an option when I enter my details? In fact it provides no options when I add more than 5 panels in a series. Am I missing something (Won't be the first time)?

I have a 50 metre cable run hence the need to get the voltage as high as possible.

Make: JA Solar

Wats: 380W

Model: JAM60S20 -380/MR/1000V

VOC: 41.62

LSC: 11.47

That will not work. Due to the temperature coefficient the Voc will rise at temperatures below 25°C. In winter that can easily be 10% more voltage.

You have to go with max 5 in series.

If you did not already bougth anything, look at RS MPPT. That has a higher PV voltage (read the manual for details). But it has some limitations (such as slightly lower maximum battery voltage - this might or might not affect you).
