Victron Energy Cyrix-ct 12/24-Volt 120 amp Intelligent Battery Combiner

Can I replace my 2 way split charger with this? Ie will it charge the leisure battery when engine is running, and when stopped will it charge the starter battery from the solar connected to leisure battery via a Victron solar controller?
