100/50 MPPT Issues

Hi brains trust,


I have a 100/50 MPPT charger that stopped charging. In full sun the charger is showing it is off. The voltage displayed is the same as the battery voltage. (12.7v on both solar voltage and battery voltage). I disconnect the panel and test the voltage and I'm getting 68v but as soon as I reconnect the controller is is only showing battery voltage and status is off. It has been working for about 2 years but only just stopped.

Is sounds like you have a high resistance connection between the mppt and your panels.

Please check your wiring, connections and fuse breakers.
