Current flow from battery to the PV through MPPT

Can the current from the battery flow to the PV through MPPT at night (when the PV voltage is almost zero and battery voltage is at full charge) ?

is there any protection in MPPT to protect against that ?

Any reverse current is negligible. No need to worry.
