Hi. My Quattro has started spuriously overloading for no apparent reason and I currently have no AC power. I've read the latest firmware v481 fixes this so I'm trying to update the firmware. The issue is that the genius who put the face plate on the unit seems to have done so with an impact driver and there is no way it is coming off. Is there another way to find the ID number so I can work out which firmware file to download?
