Can't Pair Smart Solar 150/35

I had my Android phone paired to my Smart Solar 150/35 MPPT. But the phone got wet and died. Now I'm trying to use the desktop Connect App on my Windows PC to connect and it refuses to pair.

I'm using the correct PIN. This is what it shows and it just takes me back to the PIN entry form:1654281195638.pngI've tried entering "000000" and "123456" and the PUK on the sticker it says "That PIN didn't work..."
I've tried pushing in the grey radial button next to the V.E. Connect for 10 seconds... No luck.

Can anyone help?

Unfortunately VictronConnect does not support Bluetooth on Windows.
