Temperature sensor for BMV-712 Smart and BMV-702 with Battery Terminal Fuse?

I have a terminal fuse attached to the POS terminal.

Should the temperature sensor be connected to the battery or the fuse?

I would prefer the fuse, but would that get in the way of a good battery reading?

Sensor should be on the battery. Not sure why you think it's going to affect the battery reading.

I don't think connecting it to the battery would affect the reading. My concern was that by connecting it to the terminal fuse instead of the battery might make the temperature reading less accurate, but i'd prefer to put all loads after the terminal fuse for saftey.

For an accurate temperature (and voltage) reading the sensor should be connected directly to the battery.
