BMV-700 Bluetooth PIN reset

I forgot my PIN for my BMV-700 and would like to reset completely. I tried menu item 62 reset and 63, but every time I try and pair using the Victron Connect app and PIN 000000 it fails.

The BMV 700 does not have bluetooth, unless you have added a Bluetooth Dongle and thats got a reset button on it
