buck boost stops output current when target voltage is reached

installed 100amp Buck- Booster and programmed output at 14.6 volt 100 amp output for 400ah lithium battery's as soon as it reaches set output voltage it stops putting out amps, any ideas

Are you saying that the instant it hits 14.6V, the current instantly drops from 100A to 0A?


If so, that's the BMS cutting you off. One of the 4 cells is over limit, and the BMS is opening the charge circuit.


Lower voltage to 14.4-14.5V and see if the behavior changes. You can easily get the battery poked full at these lower voltages as well.
