Remote Support

Hi

I by accident disabled "Enable on VRM" via the VRM portal due to a slow refresh of the screen. As I am almost 8000 kms from my installation, I wondered if there is a way via "remote support" to have it enabled? Is there a "backdoor"

Are you able to SSH in to the CCGX / VenusGX? Do you know what the root password is?
If yes, then you can follow these instructions in section 7 of the document linked below:

Thank you. I will give SSH a try, otherwise I can get someone over there. Good t know for future reference.

SSH only works if you can reach the local network? or are there other ways to reach it? (through VRM would be nice if possible)
