cerbo gx not work

The wifi led flashes, impossible connect with the mk3 usb, ve direct cable, wifi, vrm.
I tried to install venus-data.tgz, push reset button, same problem.
help me

Hi ... Please try disconnecting the cerbo from the system, as in physicall switching it off...
