same Problem here.
C'ant change names of different trackers. I have two RS450/200 and 8 different Trackers named with #1, #2, #3 and #4. Thats not very cleverly implemented. See picture added.
Any suggestions to solve this or is a software update planned to add this feature?
To mange this i had to keep a separate List.
It makes no sense for me to to install additional MPPT RS devices until this problem is not fixed for me otherwise it ends in chaos.

Hi all,
This is a known feature request, on the list for some time now.
The RS team has a big challenge to prioritise which new features to work on. I know their priority right now is to work on support for parallel and 3 phase support for Multi RS.
I hope the tracker labels can get some attention after that.
The inability to name individual trackers on multiple controllers gets very confusing I hope this problem can be addressed soon
I understand and agree, I'll follow it up with the RS team again.
I have reminded the developers, it is on their feature requests list, and some technical considerations have been worked out.
You can name the device as "1:east 2:west 3:south 4:whatever"

We have just released a public beta test that allows you to rename individual MPPT trackers in RS devices. You will need to be running firmware v1.16 on your RS device, and VictronConnect v6.00beta10 or later.

Installed on my Android
Found 3 issues
Power on trackers on main graph can't fit the box, created for them
Ukrainian translation seems like 4+ months old on this 6 beta
Renaming of trackers is not reflected in stable VRM nor betaVRM
Same on Desktop beta version - very old Ukrainian translation

If you remove numbers after decimal point - they would fit most likely
Installed new firmware, TestFlight etc.
While renaming the trackers the app crashed.
New tracker names visible in Connect and on the RS display itself but not visible on VRM.
Also aggregaat (Dutch) is not well sized on VRM, this picture is from iPhone:

Thank you for introducing the trackers renaming even since VictronConnect 5.104
But please, in the next release version, can you include in the setting's saving process the names of the trackers?
Now when you save the settings the new names are not saved and respectively restored.
